What is it about?
The family microcosm is thrown into turmoil whenever members of a family question their own or other people's power.
It is a primordial struggle for supremacy and power: who will have the best seat on the sofa tonight?
After a series of acrobatic adventures it is clear, there are neither winners nor losers: the only one to prevail is the sofa. A frowning grandfather, an extravagant little girl and two clever brothers find themselves grappling with a sofa that cannot accommodate them at the same time.
Starting from this theme, comic mechanisms are generated through bizarre six-handed musical performances, trapeze ropes that remove gravity from the sofa and the entire family, manipulation of objects and grotesque acrobatics.
These are the premises for a show that, starting from a sociological analysis, develops and describes some small anxieties, games of power, gender and generation through the search for the continuity of movement and dance typical of the contemporary circus.
