outdoor activities and train with your favorite instructor

After having carried out some activities in person during the first phase of the yellow zone: the herbal walk with Silvia, the creative wheels with Viso, the exploratory bike to take Rachel to discover Friuli Venezia Giulia, the curfew with the president, the circus trot that made us run in the dark every Friday evening; after all this, the orange zone was triggered and so we carried out the following personalized workouts:

Silvia’s sheet, Valentina’s sheet, Irene’s sheet, Rachel’s sheet.

1. Training the human body

Every day a teacher will send to the WhatsApp group – created just for this occasion – an audio or video, an image, a document in which he/she will propose the workout of the day. This activity is an exclusive reserved for adult members of Circo all'inCirca.

Below is the calendar of interventions that we have given ourselves. Forgive us if we are not always precise:

  • Monday: 6:30 pm → stretching / 8:00 pm → strengthening
  • Tuesday: 7:00 pm → handstands and Mano Mano
  • Wednesday: 6:30 pm → aerial acrobatics / 7:30 pm → juggling
  • Thursday: 8:00 pm--> ground acrobatics

2. Beer with the President

A YouTube live broadcast where Davide will tell us something. This is the general schedule, but if you want to propose other topics, don't be shy.

    • Aesthetics, in what sense? Friday, March 20, 8:30 p.m.
    • Contemporary circus in the last 30 years: Friday, March 27, 8:30 p.m.
    • Beautiful, Ugly, X - the performer and his audience: April 3, 8:30 p.m.
    • Art, quarantine/Lent: April 10, 8:30 p.m.

3. What’s cup - #iorestoinpausa

Every Monday at 12:00 and every Wednesday at 20:00 a teacher will post a video on YouTube.

As soon as someone posts a video with #iorestoinpausa and/or #whatscup on Facebook or Instagram, they will become part of the game. You earn 2 points if you send the video within 48 hours, 1 point if the video arrives late, 0 points if the video is not sent. In addition to these "objective" scores, the judges assign 1 point to the video (or videos) that they consider the best (or the best) within their category: Viso assigns 1 point for sympathy, Irene 1 point for technique, Silvia 1 point for elegance, Valentina 1 point for madness and Rachel 1 point for precision.

After the challenges expire, the instructors will upload a video in which they will decree the winner of the day and update the ranking. The winner will receive a crown at inCirca.

4. Condivideo - #iorestoinpausa

Every week the jury proposes three constraints: an object, a phrase to pronounce and a situation to create. Respecting these three constraints, participants must create a video of maximum 60 seconds; there are no pre-established scores, nothing is won, the jury comments on the videos and we give ourselves some time to continue playing together.
